Obtaining the Bidding Documents

Electronic and paper copies of the Bidding Documents and a planholder’s list may be obtained from Plan & Print Systems, Inc., telephone (315) 437-5111, located at 6160 Eastern Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13211. The cost to obtain an electronic copy of the Contract Documents is $85.00, and $105.00 for hardcopies plus shipping. Electronic copies of the Bidding Documents can also be examined through the Public Project Plan Room on Plan & Print Systems’ website (https://planandprint.com) at no cost. Prospective bidders must register as a planholder with Plan & Print Systems, Inc. in order to submit a bid and to receive bid addenda. The request for Bidding Documents shall include the Bidder’s company name, Bidder’s business and shipping address (if different), contact person(s), telephone number, E-mail, and Contract Trade affiliation.
