Bidding Documents may be ordered by registering with the Issuing Office (Plan & Print Systems, Inc., www.planandprint.com). Following registration and payment of a non‐refundable cost of $25 (payable to Plan & Print Systems, Inc.), complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the Issuing Office’s website as portable document format (PDF) files or provided on compact disc. Printing and associated costs will be the responsibility of each party acquiring the Bidding Documents. Prospective Bidders must be registered with the Issuing Office to receive notice of addenda.
