Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Accordingly, a deposit check of $45.00, made payable to Plan and Print Systems, Inc., is required. Deposits less than $50.00 are nonrefundable.
For sets to be shipped out an additional check for $30.00 per set payable to Plan & Print Systems is requested OR a UPS/FedEx number.
