Sealed bids, by mail, special delivery, or hand-delivered will be received by St. Paul’s Church in Syracuse (SPCS) at 310 Montgomery St / Syracuse, NY 13202, (315-474-6053) until 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday May 16, 2023 at which time bids will be opened and read publicly. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders.
