The Contract Documents may be obtained from the office of Plan and Print Systems, Inc. located at 6160 Eastern Avenue, Syracuse, New York, 13211 (315-437-5111). The cost per set (full sets of drawings and specs only) is a non-refundable fee of $49 payable to Plan and Print Systems, Inc. for a digital downloadable set and $247 (plus tax) for a hard copy set. Note: Bid Documents may be viewed online for free at Plan & Print’s “Plan Room” https://www.plandandprint.com/projects/public. However, contractors who are bidding on the project will be subject to the above fees when bid documents are downloaded or hard copies are purchased. The Planholder’s list will be available on Plan & Print’s website https://www.planandprintroom.com/projects/public.

Bidders who request the mailing of the documents shall include, in addition to the Bidding Document fee, an additional non-refundable delivery and handling charge of $35 per set, payable by separate check to Plan and Print Systems, Inc. The request for Bidding Documents shall include the Bidder’s company name, Bidder’s business, and shipping address (if different), contact person(s), telephone number, email, and prime contract trade affiliation.

At the time the order is placed, the plan holder shall advise Plan & Print Systems of their status as prime bidder, subcontractor, or material supplier and their trade affiliation. Postal address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address will also be required.
