In order for your bid to be accepted, you must have purchased the bid documents from Plan & Print Systems, Inc. Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Accordingly, a non-refundable deposit check of $41.00 for printed copies or $20.00 for electronic copies, made payable to Plan & Print Systems is required. Deposits less than $50.00 are nonrefundable. Deposits will be waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses.
