Complete sets of Contract Documents for bidding may ONLY be obtained from Plan and Print Systems, Inc. (Plan & Print Systems Inc. | Large Format Printing, Print Equipment & Supplies) Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Plan House will accept business checks, credit cards or cash for this deposit (no personal checks will be accepted). Accordingly, a non-refundable deposit check in the amount of $49.50 made payable to SUNY Upstate Medical University is required. Deposits less than $50.00 are non-refundable. Deposits will be waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. If you wish to have these shipped an additional check in the amount of $30.00 payable to Plan & Print Systems is required. Contractor UPS/FedEx account number will also be accepted.
